Kavita Thotakura (Kavi) embodies celebration and artistry as an experienced events planner. She is passionate about curating unforgettable moments and memories through her events management company for her clients. She brings unbridled energy, passion and years of experience to successful execution of corporate galas, weddings and cherished family events. Her people skills have been honed over the years from living in different continents and getting exposure to different cultures.
Her event execution skills have been primed over the years through managing events of all sizes in different geographies as well as running a highly successful dance and fitness school Kavi School of Dance that is renowned across the USA and her pioneering Bollyfusion workout stands testament to her innovation skills. Her journey symbolizes a fusion of creativity, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to transforming dreams into enchanting realities, one rhythm, one event at a time.
Bindu Yalamanchili
Bindu Yalamanchili, a seasoned professional with a background in B.Tech and a Master's in M.Tech, has now embarked on a new venture in the realm of event planning. With a diverse skill set that extends beyond her academic qualifications, her experiences in real estate and her impactful contributions to various nonprofit associations set her apart.
Her proficiency doesn't stop there; Bindu's extensive involvement in cultural coordination for numerous conventions showcases her innate knack for organizing and executing events flawlessly. She even orchestrated a stunning four-day wedding gala for her daughter, demonstrating her exceptional capabilities as an event planner. Notably, Bindu's adeptness was so remarkable that she single-handedly managed the entire affair without the need for additional event planning services. Her wealth of experience, coupled with her passion and prowess, positions her as a formidable force in the events planning arena.
